The program integrates two core courses: "DevOps Foundation Fast Track" and "ITIL® 4 Specialist - High Velocity IT (HVIT)".
The "DevOps Foundation Fast Track" course covers the fundamental principles and values of DevOps, including its cultural aspects, stakeholder collaboration, and the integration of Agile and Service Management concepts. Key practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment are explored, alongside testing methodologies, quality assurance, and the role of containers and microservices. The "ITIL® 4 Specialist - High Velocity IT (HVIT)" course focuses on leveraging High-Velocity IT to achieve digital transformation and competitive advantage. It revisits ITIL® 4 Foundation concepts and explores the meaning and application of High-Velocity IT, including developing purpose and vision, and analyzing digital maturity. Key concepts such as agility, Lean principles, and the digital product lifecycle are examined. The course covers techniques for managing the digital value chain, fostering cultural change, building resilient architectures, and achieving technological excellence through automation. Participants will learn about data-driven decision-making, the role of Artificial Intelligence in ITSM, value stream optimization, and balancing governance, risk, and speed. Security, ethics, and customer satisfaction are also integral components.
