Program Objectives
This training program is open to anyone interested in expanding their professional skills. The practical examples and exercises are chosen so they map well to the daily work of Payroll Specialists; participation is expressly open to everyone, regardless of current professional role. The course teaches methods, tools, and content that can be applied in many different work contexts.

The program is structured into two main components:
- AI for Project Managers*
This module introduces the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications within project management. It covers the use of Foundation Models and open-source AI tools, detailing how AI can be integrated into daily project workflows. Participants will explore the implementation of AI projects, ethical considerations, data protection, and legal frameworks relevant to AI usage. The evaluation of AI solutions and the development of soft skills, including communication, leadership, and change management in AI-driven projects, are also addressed. Special attention is given to working with ChatGPT and understanding the legal landscape for AI deployment. An excursion into general project management principles is included.
- Scrum Master (PSM I)*
This module focuses on agile concepts and the Scrum framework. Participants will learn the definition of Scrum, its roles, events, and practices as outlined in the Scrum Guide. The course includes practical aspects of planning, estimation, and monitoring within a Scrum environment. It also covers scaling Scrum and establishing an agile environment. A significant portion of this module is dedicated to preparing participants for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam administered by Scrum.org. An excursion into Artificial Intelligence is also provided within this module.
