The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course builds upon foundational knowledge, enabling participants to apply PRINCE2 Agile® theory to real-world scenarios. Key areas include:
- Course organization and recap of PRINCE2 Agile® fundamentals, including its synthesis of control and agility.
- Review of the seven PRINCE2® principles, practices, and processes.
- Tailoring PRINCE2® to agile environments.
- Practical application through challenges such as assessing the landscape, tailoring initiation, understanding agile contracts, forming teams, managing scope creep, ensuring quality under pressure, addressing uncertain progress, responding to materialized risks, upward management reporting, phase-end reviews, justifying approaches, and re-evaluating the business case.
- Introduction to PRINCE2 Agile® management products.
- Consistent application of PRINCE2® in project contexts.
- Knowledge checks through question catalogs, exercises, case studies, and exam preparation.
ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI)
This module focuses on establishing and enhancing a strategic IT organization. Core content includes:
- Introduction to the central concepts of Direct, Plan, and Improve.
- Application of key governance, planning, and improvement principles and methods.
- In-depth exploration of Strategy Management, including the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
- Clarification of roles and responsibilities using RACI matrices.
- Understanding the role of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and integrating principles into the Service Value System.
- Management of risk, servant leadership, and digital leadership.
- Principles and methods for continuous improvement across all improvement types, including relevant tools.
- Communication strategies and Organizational Change Management (OCM) for directing, planning, and improving, including workforce and talent management.
- Principles and methods for measurement and reporting in governance, planning, and improvement.
- Directing, planning, and improving value streams and practices, with an overview of Portfolio Management and the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an enabler.
