The program combines two distinct yet complementary courses:

  • KI für Projektmanager:innen* (AI for Project Managers)

This course introduces the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its specific applications within project management. Participants will explore Foundation Models and open-source AI tools, learn how to integrate AI into daily project workflows, and understand the process of implementing AI projects. Key areas also include the ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks surrounding AI, as well as methods for evaluating AI solutions. The curriculum further emphasizes the development of soft skills crucial for AI projects, such as communication, leadership, and change management. Specialized modules cover working with ChatGPT and the legal considerations for AI usage.

  • PRINCE2® 7 - Practitioner*

This accredited seminar focuses on the practical application of the PRINCE2® 7 Best Practice framework. Building upon foundational knowledge, it delves into tailoring PRINCE2® to specific project environments and emphasizes the central role of people management. Participants will learn to apply the seven principles of PRINCE2® in practice, focusing on ensuring and managing business value, structuring effective project teams, meeting quality expectations, and managing plans and risks proactively. The course covers systematic control of issues and changes, progress monitoring through phases and tolerances, and the detailed application of all PRINCE2® processes from project initiation to closure. Case study analysis, exam strategies, and practical exercises are integral to the learning experience.
